Inspire, Encourage and Motivate Seminar

TC's Strength and Conditioning, New You through Health and Fitness in conjuction with Team Chandler are teaming up to host "Inspire, Encourage and Motivate Seminar being held at TC - Strength and Conditioning at 8107 H Street Omaha on February 11th, 2017 at 4:00 PM.  

The goal of this event is to Inspire, Encourage and Motivate others on the key components of living a heathly lifestyle to overcome obstacles and adversity physical, mentally and spiritually in training and in life.
